The Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to help maintain the stores image and drive sales performance of The Bicycle Shoppe retail store.

The Service Mechanic is responsible for providing mechanical repairs and maintenance to bicycles and other merchandise of The Bicycle Shoppe retail store.

Contribute to bicycle rental operations with bicycles repaired properly and in a timely manner according to The Bicycle Shoppe standards and consistently display flawless hospitality and professionalism to guests, management and co-workers. Have a current drivers license, and be comfortable drive truck with trailer. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all bicycles and support equipment to ensure that all ready bicycles are safe and reliable.
